Helping Adecco stay at the frontier of recruitment.

Adia is a next-generation recruitment app in the process of reinventing staffing. With an already beautiful designed app our job was to honor that work with creating an equally beautiful and functional website and marketing platform.

A key feature of the app is that its actually two apps targeted at different user groups. The challenge here was how to guide users to the right section of the site and get this simple concept through to the user. We solved this by a combination of copy, content structure and UI design. At any section of the site you're always presented with the option of visiting the opposite focus group by clever placed call to action buttons.

We also developed a part of the site to work as a recruitment platform. It enabled the Adia team to integrate the job listing part of the app and showcase the variety job listings available.
